I'm a professionally trained chef with a culinary degree from George Brown College and a deep love for Italian and French-inspired food. For years I cooked beautiful meals for others — but behind the scenes, I was struggling with my own relationship with food and my body.
I didn't want to go on a diet. I didn't want to give up pasta, or cheese, or the joy of a long dinner with the people I love. So I went into my kitchen and figured it out — one small habit at a time.
