Hey I'm Sabrina and welcome to my Cucina. I am a chef and culinary graduate from George Brown College. My love for food was adopted through growing up with my grandparents. My Nonna was the ultimate chef and teacher. It's not a secret that there is delicious cuisine all over the world. But my flavours are centered around Italian and French influences.
I have taken some of our cherished family recipes and want to share them all with you and yours. In the Italian culture food is the star. It brings everyone together, it creates memories and savours the most important thing- FAMILY. My goal is to combine family and original recipes and bring the same love for food from my table to yours.
As a young adult I was eager to get in the industry and immediately found myself engulfed in the business. I have worked in every aspect of the restaurant, from the back of house to the front of house. My experience learning from these established professionals was beyond valuable. I decided to start Sabrina's Cucina, because I realized I wanted to share my passion for food and people on a more personal level. I hope you enjoy what you see, and can't wait to share the flavours of my kitchen with you.
